Electric Drivetrain Integration
We provide electric drivetrain and brake system integration to travel trailer chassis that communicate via CAN-BUS / OBD to the passenger vehicle. While smart device Apps and/or a remote controller can drive the travel trailer at slow speed after it detaches with the passenger vehicle. We calibrate the drivetrain and ESP/ABS module to work either on EHB or EMB brake systems to ensure increase stability of the travel trailer while being towed.
Smart Motion and Storage Systems
We develop this innovative smart electric wheelchair and storage solutions for travel trailers so that travellers who have difficulty walking long distances can command the wheelchair via her smart device app, vehicle's infotainment system, or physical button to commend the lowering of the wheelchair out of the storage and have the wheelchair drive near to the specific passenger vehicle's door, and command the wheelchair back to its storage after use.
System Integration to Travel Trailer Chassis
We offer fully mechanical motion, electric drivetrain and braking system solutions, and smart systems solution, connected via CAN-BUS and controlled by our module, thus seamlessly integrate all functions of the travel trailers to the front passenger vehicle.
Battery Module and Fabrication
We provide fabrication and LiFePo4 battery packs / BMS solution that makes best use of the available space inside the travel trailer chassis to maximize Kw/h and to ensure safety and performance of the travel trailer.
Smart Wheelchair Chassis and Integration
Our smart wheelchair is packaged with our storage system. It can be remotely operated and have an optional self-driving system so that it can called upon to the users destination at the call of a button on a smart device or remote control, and can return to the storage by itself after use.
Smart Motion and Storage Systems
We created this ingenious docking system to work with our smart electric wheelchair so that it can be safely locked down within the smart storage system or within the passenger vehicle. We are also planning to develop docking units for other wheelchair models.
Integrated Environmental Control
We provide integrated environmental system that control living space temperature, battery temperature, drivetrain temperature, and water temperature all in one integrated system for reliability, space saving, and cost reduction.
